It’s almost that time of year again where the dead rise and walk amongst us.
Here are some videos and links for costumes to help you achieve the perfect look. We all want to look our vampy best don’t we? There will be makeup tips, a how-to for applying realistic fangs and bite marks.
First, here is an instructional video on some pretty extreme female vamp face. It’s worth going through the slight waffling about various cosmetic brushes etc to get to the end product but I’m sure any makeup brushes would do. This first vid is by Jennissemakeup from YouTube. Jennisse, you look fabulous.
Next, we have the overly perky Mercy from Vampfangsvideo. But she has some good tips about what you can and can’t do while wearing fake fangs.
This is rather long but goes into a little more in depth details on how to make sure your custom fangs fit you perfectly and seamlessly without causing any discomfort. This vid is from Fumsmusings.
Personally, if I were to get the great fake fangs from Scarecrow Fangs I’d go for the Subtle fangs. they make it easier to speak and I think they look sexier and more realistic. Maybe the larger fangs would look better on the guys but the smaller fangs would definitely look sexier for a woman.

If you need costumes almost any fancy dress shop will have what you need but the cost in hiring can almost be as much as buying your own. The following are links to some great places where you can buy your own.
